Exchanges can be made or credit offered if the product is in its original condition and has not been opened. Exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of purchase.
Free shipping is offered in the USA for purchases over $100.
Products Lost or Damaged In Transit:
All items will be shipped within 3-5 business days. d’Obvious Rose will do everything in our power to ensure prompt delivery on all orders. However, due to acts of nature and others issues there are times when our chosen carriers are not able to perform the service requested. If you have not received your order in the US within 10 business days of a completed order, (meaning no additional information has been request), please contact us by email.
If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. If possible, we would prefer photographic images sent via email to show said damage.
We will offer a replacement if we have the item in stock or a full refund of purchase price will be offered. If there is something wrong with your purchase i.e. wrong product received, product damaged, etc., PLEASE let us know. If you do not hear from us by email within a reasonable time, please call us or send another email. We want you to get the item you paid for! We do not open bottles for sanitary purposes so let us know of your concerns.
International orders may take from 2 weeks up to 45 days for delivery, depending on the country for shipment. All items have to go through local customs, so please check with your local custom office for expected delivery from the US.
